All goods remain the property of Aloe Aloe Ltd until payment in full is received. 

All Trade Customers are required to pay for their first order in full before despatch of goods, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns for any reason unless an individual item is damaged during transit. In this case Aloe Aloe Ltd must be advised within 24 hours of receipt by the customer.
